Like a Rolling Stone is an exhibition about rock and rock. Conflating geology and rock music, it considers the ways in which two seemingly unrelated subjects linked by the same homograph share associations and points of contact that are both concrete and implied. Emerging artists, artists with international reputations and iconic artists are brought together in an exhibition that includes painting, photography, sculpture, video and documentation of performances.
Vancouver artists Kevin Romaniuk and Liam Hogan work collaboratively focusing on outsider subcultures, occult rituals, rock and roll lineages and stoner mysticism. Their site-specific work , created for this presentation, functions as a social space where events will be held throughout the duration of the exhibition.

Some cut paper works for a show called Salutes that examines youthful disobedience and rebellion. The images show various physical gestures intended to offend, enrage and intimidate in a nod to the F.T.W. spirit and do-it-yourself mantras of the dropout culture.
A limited edition Risograph print I made with help from Moniker Press for the Beehive’s 19th Birthday Show. Rock!
